Terms of Service
Last updated: March 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using FundLocker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using FundLocker on behalf of a team or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Description of Service
FundLocker provides a platform for youth sports teams to track expenses, collect fees, manage budgets, and share financial information with team members. We facilitate payment processing through our integration with Stripe but are not a financial institution.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
4. Payments and Fees
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We charge a platform fee on payments collected through Stripe, as described on our pricing page. Stripe's own processing fees apply separately.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use FundLocker for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
- Upload malicious content or interfere with the service
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with a team
- Use the platform for purposes unrelated to youth sports team management
6. Content and Data
You retain ownership of the data you upload to FundLocker. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data as needed to provide the service. We will not use your data for purposes outside of providing FundLocker.
7. Limitation of Liability
FundLocker is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
